PGPLIB 1.0

PGPLIB is a DLL that performs basic encryption/decryption PGP functions. It is available in 16 or 32-bit. (Updated July 98)

• This library was built with the PGP tools

• It is based on the PGP international version

• The restrictions (commercial) are as per what is stated for PGP and PGP tools

• To use the PGPLIB DLL, you must first generate your key sets (2 files: secring.pgp and pubring.pgp) with another PGP software. The key ring files should reside in the working directory from which you run the DLL

• Refer to the README in the zipped package for information on syntax
