Description

With its "Travel around the world" solution, CAM Internet is proud to offer you an Internet access in more than 15 countries and with 14 000 points of presence in the world's major cities. In fact, no matter the time and place, CAM offers you a local Internet access anywhere in the world. Click here to obtain the list of the points of presence.

Billed per second by our iPass affiliated software, you will save money. The long distance fees, account opening fees and other frustrating redtapes are eliminated. CAM manages the accounts of your employees who are in foreign countries. Furthermore, this software will help you to easily find a local phone number and to rapidly know the cost per hour in Canadian currency (CAD). The use of this service is billed each month to your CAM Internet account.

With this solution, you will have access to almost the same services than with your basic CAM Internet account, which are: access to the World Wide Web, e-mail (except sending), shell access, webmail, etc. Moreover, your access is automatically activated with your CAM Internet account. All you have to do is download our software.

CAM Internet's advice concerning the usage

As you already know, iPass is a software which allows you to connect to the Internet from the world's major cities. It also offers you the possibility to connect to toll-free numbers (1-800). However, due to the fact that the price per hour of toll-free numbers is expensive, CAM Internet strongly advises you to verify before connecting if there are local access phone numbers. It will be less expensive for you to connect to a phone number of a city nearby where you are.

CAM Internet has a solution for every situation. Due to the fact it is impossible to send e-mails with this service, CAM Internet suggests you to use its webmail service. From http://webmail.cam.org, you can read, write and even send e-mails.
